Here is the submission forms that Alt Art and its organisers use to help keep the show running smoothly. With each form, please be sure to fill out as much of the information requested.

This form is required to be filed out for Themed Exhibtitions and Events.
This form is for Submitting Work to an Alt Art Event, Exhibition or Gallery in General. After you complete the submission form, an Alt Art Representative, will be in contact with you within 3-5 Business Days.
Solo Show Form
This form is required to be filed out for Solo Shows in the Right-Lung
This Form is for Creatives, wishing to host their own Solo Show, within the Right-Lung of the Gallery Foyer. Once you've completed this form, an Alt Art Representative will be in touch, to organise a meeting to discuss the finer points.
This form is required to be filed out for The Artist Database on the Website
This form is for Artists wishing to add themselves to the Online Database, Your online profile with Alt Art, won't be public. Unless you are an existing member of the Alt Art Community.

This form is required to be filled out for New Submissions to the News/ Blog section of the Website.
This form is for writers, to submit work to be reviewed and published on the Alt_Art Website and potentially on Social Meda or in the Press.
